Challenge
As a corporate company handling high data volumes and privacy, VFS Global has complex operational standards. The main challenge is that they cannot use a single shared network path for the entire office. Each department requires data traffic separation and connection isolation to ensure that performance does not interfere with one another. Additionally, corporates of VFS Global's caliber are often hindered by complicated internet provider bureaucracy and unexpected hidden costs, especially when they require additional IP addresses or need to relocate office infrastructure.
Solution
To meet those enterprise needs, we designed an exclusive network topology consisting of 4 fully separate Dedicated Internet paths (1:1). We customized the distribution of each path specifically to facilitate different departments within the company. In terms of service and cost efficiency, we provide each link with 1 Dedicated IP at no additional cost. We also offer full flexibility in the form of a guarantee of no operational relocation fees to support the dynamic business movements of VFS Global.
Implementation
Implementation was carried out by pulling 4 exclusive cable lines directly to VFS Global's IT infrastructure. Our team performed detailed configurations to ensure each department received a Dedicated Link route along with their respective public IPs independently. The system was configured so that data routing between departments remains optimal. Subsequently, when VFS Global scheduled an office relocation, our after-sales and technical teams immediately executed the migration process of the entire physical network infrastructure and its logical configuration to the new location seamlessly, completely without charging any relocation fees to the client.
