Payment methods

Bank transfer

Use you Login/Service Agreement number (102XXXXX) as your payment reference. If you’re using one of these means to make a payment: bank transfer, ATM, mobile banking or e-banking, please send us a transaction receipt (proof of payment) in any form to billing@gecko.co.id to ensure your account is topped up in a quickest manner possible. Regular bank transfer payments take up to 5 business days to finish and if you don’t provide a proof of payment it can take up to 40 days. 

Credit card

You can use VISA or MasterCard to top up your Gecko balance. This is performed online in your Personal Assistant interface (“Payments” section), available at our website http://gecko.co.id/. We do not collect or store your credit card data. All payments are processed by a third-party secure gateway provided by iPay88 (authorized by VISA and MasterCard). If you don’t have access to your Personal Assistant, please contact our support via phone or e-mail to get it. This way your account gets topped up instantly, no proof of payment required.

PayPal

You can use your existing PayPal account to top up your Gecko balance. This is performed online in your Personal Assistant interface (“Payments” section), available at our website http://gecko.co.id/. All payments are processed by PayPal gateway. Direct PayPal-to-PayPal transfer is not possible, payment should be performed via Personal Assistant only. If you don’t have access to your Personal Assistant, please contact our support via phone or e-mail to get it. This way your account gets topped up instantly, no proof of payment required.

Cash payments

You can top up your Gecko balance with cash at our Nook Self Service Kiosk.
