Who we are?

PT Econdelight has established "Gecko" brand aiming to diversify and enrich Bali's ISP market. Bearing unique internally developed technical solutions and having a strong professional team who launched successful projects together all over the world we know this target is fully achievable.

What do we do?

We make your daily Internet experience nice and pleasant. Our service is not only fast, it's also reliable and constantly evolving. We believe in the beauty of simplicity: you concentrate on your needs, we handle the rest.

What kind of technology do we use? What do I need to join Gecko network?

Our service is delivered via dedicated high-capactity wireless access. The only thing you need to join our ranks is small dish pointing in the right direction  - we provide you with one and install it free of charge.

What is the difference between wireless access and fiber optic connection?

The difference is huge. Fiber optic connection offers an increase of speed and stability by an order of magnitude. On Bali, though, this is not true. That would be the answer if we were talking pure theory. But in reality the quality of your experience is determined by a myriad of details. One of those details is the network core we've carefully built from the ground using industry-leading solutions developed overseas. We are absolutely sure we'll give you the best service achievable, and we do not stop pushing the envelope.

How do I check my balance? What are my payment options?

You have your personal online assistant available to you 24/7. Among additional services it gives you access to your current account balance.

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments made through our website - which means you can instantly recharge your service without leaving the comfort of your house. Your data is safe with security provided by iPay88 and uses an industry standard of mega high encrypted SSL.

if you prefer good old cash you are welcome to pay at the Gecko Kiosk based at Nook. Its open 24 hours a day and credited to your account almost instantly.

Is our service available in your area?

Our service is available at Canggu, Senimyak, Kuta, Jimbaran, Sanur, most of Denpasar and surrounding areas. You can look at our coverage map here. If you don't see yourself in the "green" zone - don't be upset! Just give us a call or send a message to support@gecko.co.idand we'll see what can we do to help you.

Do I have to pay for the installation?

Gecko lends you a free Radio Transmitter, installs it on your premises and connects your hardware to the Internet.

Additional charges may occur, such as lightening protection and a pole, depending on your location, but in any case you don’t have to pay a dime until your 2-week trial expires.  We aways tell you in advance exactly what the price is.

Some locations may require mounting a special pole on your roof to get a stable connection. Please note that we dont ever use the lightening protection pole on your roof as that sort of defeats the purpose of it. We will install this pole for free, but you will need to cover the cost of materials. You must have a permission for pole mounting.

If you wish to purchase a wireless router from us, you have an option to do it starting at 550,000 IDR.

 

I want to cancel the trial!

Just give us a call at +62 361894-7676 or send an email to support@gecko.co.id and tell us about your concerns. We will try our best to solve any problem you may have, and if you still decide to disconnect, we will calmly take our equipment and leave. We promise you to be strong and not to cry while we do it, but we probably will cry when at home.

I paid using via bank transfer/ATM/wire transfer but my Internet is still blocked!

If you’re using one of these means to make a payment: bank transfer, ATM, mobile banking or e-banking, please send us a transaction receipt (proof of payment) in any form to billing@gecko.co.id to ensure your account is topped up in a quickest manner possible. Regular bank transfer payments take up to 5 business days to finish and if you don’t provide a proof of payment it can take up to 40 days.

Does your website represent the final prices for service?

Yes it does - 10% PPN (Indonesian VAT) is included already as regulated by Indonesian Tax Law.

Do you operate legally?

Why of course, officer! Here you go: Depkominfo issued license number 44-2014 for us. We emply all our personell legally as well, with fair wages for all, as well as a few other perks.

I need help! What do I do?

We have call-center operators ready to assist you, Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm. Available languages are English, Bahasa Indonesia, German, French, Spanish, Italian and - if you're up for a bit of Eastern European flavour - Russian, Bulgarian and depending on whos in that day another few languages. You can contact our support via e-mail at support@gecko.co.id.  We tend to prefer using English though! ;)
